This patient experienced back pain caused by her large breasts and came to Dr. Campanile regarding her breast size. After reviewing her case, Dr. Campanile recommended breast reduction surgery.

Breast reduction surgery has one of the highest success rates and causes relatively low amounts of pain compared to other cosmetic procedures. The reduction removes only breast tissue and no muscle is affected, resulting in a relatively short recovery time with scar management as the main focus. Unlike many other plastic surgeons who use stitching assistants during surgery, Dr. Campanile sutures everything himself, ensuring more minimal scarring.
