This patient presented with excess skin and fat in the abdomen and flanks following pregnancy. The stretching of skin and separation of abdominal muscles that occur during pregnancy do not return to their pre-pregnancy state with exercise alone. The patient underwent a C.L.A.S.S. Tummy Tuck™ performed by board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Francesco Campanile.

The procedure included extensive liposuction to sculpt the abdomen, removal of skin from the belly button to the pubic hair line, and repair of the abdominal muscles. The drain-less C.L.A.S.S. Tummy Tuck™ technique resulted in significantly improved abdominal contour and a belly button with natural concavity. The patient did not require drains post-operatively due to this advanced surgical approach.
