This 20 year old, 5'3", 140 lb patient came to board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Campanile because, she was unhappy with her thighs, hips and buttocks. This young woman exercised regularly but, could never achieve her desired goal in these areas. Sometimes, certain fat deposits will not dissipate regardless of how much an individual may diet or exercise. This can be frustrating and it often causes individuals to be self-conscious.

After consulting with her and discussing her possible options, Dr. Campanile recommended liposuction of the inner and outer thighs, hips and buttocks. As you can see, fat was removed from all of these areas areas which streamlined the look of her thigh and buttock area. Many women have fat deposits in these areas and liposuction can be a very effective method to remove them.

This patient is shown here approximately 1 month after surgery. She is very happy with her results and feels confident with the way her hips and thighs look.
