Meet Our Staff

Becca is our director of nursing at Campanile Plastic Surgery. She grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Go Pack Go) where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017. Shortly after graduation, she moved to Denver to be close to her family and began her career in critical care nursing. Becca has experience in critical care settings such as the Emergency Room & Intensive Care Unit and is double certified in critical care as well as cardiac critical care nursing (CCRN & CMC). She decided to expand her expertise to Perioperative nursing, where she ignited her passion for restorative medicine. She began her role as an perioperative nurse at Campanile Plastic Surgery and transitioned to the director, also receiving her perioperative nursing certification (CNOR). Becca recently finished her Doctorate of Nursing from the University of Arizona. Her favorite part of working at Campanile Plastic Surgery is being a part of an incredibly hard-working team of medical professionals and helping her patients feel their absolute best. 

Outside the office: Becca is an adventurous Gemini who loves spending time with family, friends and her beloved kitties Indi & Pip. She also enjoys trying new restaurants, cooking, skiing, wellness and will try any group fitness class. 

Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln—Go Huskers! In 2013, she made the move to Denver, where she began her career in real estate administration and sales.

With a strong background in customer service and sales, Stephanie developed a deep understanding of client needs, attention to detail, and the importance of a personalized experience—making her transition to Campanile Plastic Surgery a natural fit. She loves connecting with clients and making them feel at ease throughout their surgical journeys, all while ensuring they are thrilled with their results. Stephanie finds great fulfillment in helping people achieve their aesthetic goals and seeing the positive impact it has on their lives.

Outside the office: Stephanie is a devoted mother to two sons, Jack and Teddy. She enjoys staying active with workouts, indulging in brunch, and exploring the vibrant Denver restaurant scene.

Sam is our full-time medical assistant with over 10 years of experience in patient care and aesthetics. She was born and raised in California, where she completed her medical assisting certification and got her start working in aesthetic dermatology and at a busy surgery center. After spending some time in Washington, Sam made the move to Colorado and joined the team at Campanile Plastic Surgery. She loves being part of a supportive, talented group and bringing her passion for patient care to every visit.

Outside the office: When she’s not in the clinic, Sam enjoys starting her day with a good breakfast spot, unwinding with video games, and spending quality time with her fiancé. Whether it’s a quiet morning out or a game night in, she values the simple moments that bring balance to her busy schedule.

Holly is our medical assistant with a dynamic dual role between our state-of-the-art surgery center and bustling plastic surgery clinic. She grew up in Boise, ID and attended Macalester College in St. Paul, MN, where she majored in Neuroscience with minors in Chemistry and Biology. She graduated and moved to Tucson, AZ, where she worked as a research assistant in a neuropharmacology lab and later as a program manager at the University of Arizona’s Data Science Institute. Holly then transitioned into healthcare, starting as a medical assistant in a Washington, DC primary care office, and later in dermatology before moving back west to Denver.

Outside the office: Holly enjoys spending time outdoors. She’s training for her fifth marathon and loves to ski, backpack, and spend time outside. She’s also an avid knitter, crocheter, and sewist, always working on new projects when she’s not out exploring the mountains.

 

Michelle is a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional with a degree in nursing from the University of Colorado. She launched her career in the operating room, where her keen attention to detail and unwavering commitment to patient care quickly set her apart. Over time, she discovered her true passion—guiding patients through every stage of surgery, from preoperative assessments to intraoperative support and post-anesthesia recovery. With a strong foundation in surgical nursing and a deep understanding of both the physical and emotional aspects of healing, Michelle is a trusted expert who ensures every patient feels cared for, comfortable, and confident in their journey.

Outside the office: Michelle is always on the move—whether it’s flowing through a yoga class, hitting the Pilates mat, or heading into the mountains for a weekend of hiking and camping. She treasures quality time with friends, family, and her beloved dog, Franco, often embracing Colorado’s great outdoors as the perfect backdrop for adventure and relaxation.
