To create the enhanced look, plastic surgeons inject several ccs of saline solution into the breasts for a quick boost in size. Over the course of 24 hours, the body gradually reabsorbs the solution and breasts return to normal.

Cinderella breasts are being celebrated as a temporary option for women who have to hit the red carpet or attend a special event. Not unlike wearing a glamorous dress on loan or adding other cosmetic accessories, these short-lived accents are advertised as a simple boost for your overall appearance.

A Test Drive for Breast Implants

While not a long-term solution for larger breasts, Cinderella breasts could perhaps serve as a good trial run for women who are interested in traditional breast augmentation. The procedure offers women the opportunity to ‘try on’ increased breast size before committing to an enhancement procedure, so they can experience the look and feel of a larger size prior to getting saline or silicone breast implants or fat transfer augmentation. Both implants and fat transfer last longer than 24 hours, though… and neither requires a fairy godmother.
