In the classic fairytale, cruel stepsisters force Cinderella to perform menial chores. The poor princess spends her days hidden from the limelight until her fairy godmother casts a spell transforming her raggedy clothes into a beautiful gown in the makeover of a lifetime. With her updated look, Cinderella attends a ball, captivates the kingdom and enchants the prince. But she must leave before the spell wears off at midnight.
Temporary breasts claim to offer the same fairytale transformation. This new non-invasive, outpatient procedure purportedly increases breasts by up to a cup size. The only catch? The enhancement lasts just 24 hours.

To create the enhanced look, plastic surgeons inject several ccs of saline solution into the breasts for a quick boost in size. Over the course of 24 hours, the body gradually reabsorbs the solution and breasts return to normal.
Cinderella breasts are being celebrated as a temporary option for women who have to hit the red carpet or attend a special event. Not unlike wearing a glamorous dress on loan or adding other cosmetic accessories, these short-lived accents are advertised as a simple boost for your overall appearance.
A Test Drive for Breast Implants
While not a long-term solution for larger breasts, Cinderella breasts could perhaps serve as a good trial run for women who are interested in traditional breast augmentation. The procedure offers women the opportunity to ‘try on’ increased breast size before committing to an enhancement procedure, so they can experience the look and feel of a larger size prior to getting saline or silicone breast implants or fat transfer augmentation. Both implants and fat transfer last longer than 24 hours, though… and neither requires a fairy godmother.
