This patient scheduled a consultation with Denver board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Francesco Campanile because she was unhappy with the overall appearance of her breasts. Together they decided to proceed with a combined breast augmentation and breast lift (mastopexy). This approach allows the breasts to be reshaped and lifted while also restoring fullness with breast implants.
For this procedure, Dr. Campanile placed high-profile silicone gel breast implants to enhance projection and create a balanced contour. A 425 cc implant was placed in the right breast and a 450 cc implant in the left breast to help improve overall symmetry. Both implants were placed under the muscle (submuscular placement), which often provides a more natural slope and additional soft tissue coverage.
