This is a 45 year old woman who lost 135 pounds over two years following a gastric bypass procedure. She is shown pre-operatively at 165 pounds and she is 5 ft and 7 in. After losing 135 pounds she was left with sagging skin in the abdomen and back. She was also unhappy with the appearance of her breasts; she felt they were depleted and sagging. She did extensive research to find the best plastic surgeon in Colorado to addresses her body contouring concerns. She found Dr. Francesco Campanile in Denver, Colorado, a plastic surgeon whose practice is completely specialized in cosmetic procedures after massive weight loss. She loved the results that she saw of Dr. Campanile’s patented CLASS ® tummy tuck technique. She also learned that Dr. Campanile is one of the few plastic surgeons who does breast lifts with auto-augmentation (which is using the patient’s own tissues) not a breast implant, to create natural volume during the breast lift procedure. After her private cosmetic consultation with Dr. Campanile she scheduled her procedure. She is shown here 11 months after undergoing a CLASS tummy tuck and breast lift with auto-augmentation. This patient reported being very happy with her results and the comfort she has with her body now that the excess skin is gone.
