This patient presented to Dr. Francesco Campanile regarding her breast size. Large breasts were causing her pain, and she required surgical intervention to decrease their size. After reviewing her case, Dr. Campanile recommended both a breast reduction and breast lift surgery.

During the breast reduction procedure, fat, glandular tissue, and skin were removed from the breasts, making them smaller, lighter, and firmer. The lift aspect involved anchoring the nipple and surrounding tissue in a more youthful position using the lollipop technique. This technique leaves minimal scarring around the areola and underneath the breast.

This patient is shown approximately 3 months after surgery. She reports that her breasts are less painful and are more in proportion to her body. Individual results may vary.
