This 49 year old woman came to Dr. Campanile because, she was unhappy with a previous breast augmentation surgery performed by a different surgeon. Her main concern was that when she would lay down, her implants would fall into her armpits. Additionally, when she was standing upright the distance between her breasts was unusually large.
After reviewing her case, Dr. Campanile determined that the reason for her improper implant location was due to pockets that were too large laterally. As a result, when Dr. Campanile performed her breast augmentation revisionary surgery, he first removed her previous saline implants and then closed off the lateral aspect of her pockets. He then replaced her saline implants with silicone gel breast implants.
As you can see, after her breast augmentation revisionary surgery with Dr. Campanile this patient’s breasts sit in a much more appropriate medial location. Her cleavage is much more normal and her breasts look much more natural. She is very happy with her results and feels confident with the way her breasts appear.
