This 33 year old came to board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Francesco Campanile to seek his expertise regarding breast augmentation revisionary surgery. She previously had a breast augmentation surgery performed by a different plastic surgeon and was unhappy with the results.

After evaluating her case, Dr. Campanile assessed that her implants had bottomed out because, her tissues were too thin and the pockets from her previous surgery were an inappropriate size. As a result, he performed a breast augmentation revisionary surgery to correct these issues. During this surgery, Dr. Campanile removed her initial set of implants, closed off, and secured the inferior & lateral sides of the pockets. He then inserted new silicone gel breast implants.

As you can see, after Dr. Francesco Campanile’s breast augmentation revisionary surgery, the patient’s implants are properly placed and are no longer bottoming out. The patient is very happy with her results and feels confident with the way her breasts look.
