This patient presented with abdominal laxity, excess skin, and fat due to previous pregnancies. She underwent a C.L.A.S.S. Tummy Tuck™ performed by board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Francesco Campanile. The procedure included aggressive liposuction of the abdomen and flanks to sculpt and contour the region. The fascial of the abdominal muscles were plicated to reposition them medially, creating a flat, tight abdomen while pulling the oblique muscles taut for enhanced contouring.

Excess skin and fat between the belly button and pubic hair line were excised, with the final incision placed within the bikini line for optimal scar concealment. The patient brought her preferred bathing suit bottoms to surgery to ensure proper scar placement. These photos were taken approximately 2 months post-operatively, showing the sculpted abdominal contour achieved through this technique.
