This 32 year old patient, standing 5’6″ and weighing 174 lbs, underwent a C.L.A.S.S. Tummy Tuck™ procedure with Dr. Francesco Campanile. The procedure involved aggressive liposuction of the abdomen and flanks to resculpt the midsection. Tissue between the belly button and pubic hair line was excised, removing both fat and skin, which resulted in the removal of almost all stretch marks from the patient’s pregnancy.

During the procedure, the fascia of the abdominal muscles was plicated together, securing them in a more medial location. This also helped to pull the oblique muscles taught, complementing the liposuction to create an elegant contour. The patient is shown approximately 1 year after her C.L.A.S.S. Tummy Tuck™ procedure.
