This patient presented with abdominal protrusion following pregnancy. Despite being fit with minimal fat, her abdomen protruded due to distended rectus muscles, which cannot be corrected through exercise alone. The patient underwent a C.L.A.S.S. Tummy Tuck™, Mini Tummy Tuck procedure with Dr. Francesco Campanile.

During the mini tummy tuck procedure, the abdominal muscles were surgically repositioned to a more medial location. Only the skin below the belly button was excised, while the belly button remained in its original position. This patient was an appropriate candidate for this approach, presenting with a slight amount of excess skin below the belly button and distended abdominal muscles from pregnancy. The results, shown approximately 2 months post-procedure, demonstrate a tighter and more sculpted abdominal appearance.
