This patient consulted Board-Certified Denver Plastic Surgeon Dr. Francesco Campanile due to concerns about fine lines and wrinkles around the mouth, as well as overall changes in skin texture associated with aging. She was interested in both injectable treatments and medical-grade skincare to improve the appearance of these facial changes.

After a detailed facial evaluation, Dr. Campanile reviewed her non-surgical treatment options and recommended Juvederm® dermal filler to address perioral “lipstick lines” and soften the appearance of wrinkles around the mouth. The goal was to restore subtle volume and smooth the treated area while maintaining natural facial movement.

The patient also elected to begin a medical-grade skincare regimen with Obagi® Nu-Derm, offered through Dr. Campanile’s Denver medical spa, to support long-term skin health and improve overall skin tone and texture.

Dr. Campanile carefully performed Juvederm® injections around the mouth to reduce the appearance of fine lines and improve facial smoothness. All injectable treatments, including Juvederm® and Botox®, are performed by Dr. Campanile in his Denver practice.

The patient was very pleased with her results following treatment and reported visible improvement in the appearance of lines around her mouth. She also noted enhanced skin quality after consistent use of the Obagi® Nu-Derm system over time.
