This patient sought the expertise of Dr. Francesco Campanile, because, she was unhappy with her lack of breast tissue. After discussing her options with Dr. Campanile this patient decided to move forward with breast augmentation surgery.

Performing a breast augmentation on a patient with almost no existing breast tissue is particularly difficult especially, when the patient additionally has very little body fat. However, Dr. Campanile has had over 17 years of experience performing breast augmentation surgeries and is very experienced with this type of patient. As you can see, Dr. Campanile was very careful to create a natural looking breast. This is very difficult because, when patients have very little breast tissue to begin with there is nothing to mask the implant. As a result, it is imperative that the pockets are created perfectly and the correct implant is chosen. Evidently by this patients after photos, Dr. Campanile's meticulousness and perfectionist qualities gave this patient an amazing result despite her lack of initial breast tissue.

This patient is shown here approximately 2 months after surgery. She is very happy with her result and feels more confident about the way her breasts look.
