Many patients seek the expert advice of Dr. Francesco Campanile regarding breast augmentation revision surgery. Dr. Campanile has had extensive experience performing complicated surgeries to revise the work of other plastic surgeons.
This 45 year old 114 lb patient sought out Dr. Campanile because, she had a saline implant deflation from a breast augmentation surgery performed by a previous doctor. Additionally, she was unhappy with her cosmetic result from this previous surgeon and looked to Dr. Campanile to not only replace her implants but, also for revisionary work.
During her surgery, Dr. Campanile performed a bilateral capsulectomy. Because she had pocket issues from her first surgery, which can be seen by the left and right implants being at different levels, he had to do pocket revision, in addition to the implant exchange to 425 cc high profile silicone gel implants. To do this, he made a circumareolar incision, or incision around the areola. As you can see, despite the complexity of the case Dr. Campanile was able to create two very symmetrical, full, and natural looking breasts.
This patient is shown here approximately 2 months after her revisionary breast augmentation surgery with board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Francesco Campanile. She is very happy with her results and feels confident with the way her breasts look.
