This 32 year old woman flew in from out of the country for a consultation with Dr. Francesco Campanile, after a surgeon had recommend Dr. Campanile for cosmetic body contouring. During the consultation, they discussed her concerns with the excess skin and tissues of her abdomen. After having 3 children, this very fit 115 pound woman was self-conscious with her midsection, no matter how much exercise and toning she attempted. Dr. Campanile explained that no amount of exercise could bring the muscles that were stretched during pregnancy back together. He then explained the surgical options that would improve abdomen.
Denver plastic surgeon, Dr. Francesco Campanile, recommended the CLASS tummy tuck to address all of this woman’s body concerns. At first, she was hesitant to have a full tummy tuck because of the scarring. She explained that she was very concerned with the placement of the incision because of her active and outdoor lifestyle. Dr. Campanile explained that he is able to tailor his incisions to fit a patient's request and that he places incisions under the patient's desired bikini lines to help conceal the final scar. This woman requested that the incision be low for her to feel comfortable in swimsuits and low rise jeans. Once Dr. Campanile and this woman looked through photos of different incision heights and incisions that were at different stages of healing, she was excited to get her CLASS tummy tuck scheduled.
After flying back to town for the scheduled surgery, this woman underwent the CLASS tummy tuck technique at a local hospital. She stayed in town for approximately one week recovering at a local hotel and following up at Dr. Campanile’s office. She then flew back home and stayed in communication by sending emails and photos, in order to keep Dr. Campanile and his office staff up-to-date on her healing process.
Approximately 6 months after this woman’s surgery, she followed up with Denver, Colorado plastic surgeon Dr. Francesco Campanile. She explained that she was thrilled with her new body and the confidence that the changes had brought her.
