This patient consulted Board-Certified Denver Plastic Surgeon Dr. Francesco Campanile due to concerns about wrinkles between the nose and mouth, known as nasolabial folds. She reported that these lines had become more pronounced with age and were a concern in her facial appearance.

After a detailed facial assessment, Dr. Campanile discussed non-surgical treatment options to soften the appearance of these lines using dermal fillers. Juvederm® was recommended as an effective option to restore subtle volume and smooth the nasolabial folds while maintaining natural facial expression.

The patient elected to proceed with treatment during the same visit. Dr. Campanile carefully injected one syringe of Juvederm® into the nasolabial folds to reduce the depth of the wrinkles and improve overall facial balance.

The treatment was performed with a focus on subtle enhancement, aiming to soften lines while preserving natural movement and avoiding an overfilled appearance.

The after photos shown here were taken approximately one month following treatment. Her results demonstrate a noticeable softening of the nasolabial folds and improved facial smoothness.

The patient is very pleased with her outcome and reports satisfaction with the more refreshed appearance of her facial contours.
