After having 4 children, this patient came to Dr. Francesco Campanile seeking to restore her body confidence and address the loose skin and stretching that remained after pregnancy, particularly in the lower abdomen that had not improved despite maintaining her ideal weight.

Following a detailed consultation, Dr. Campanile recommended a customized mommy makeover consisting of a mini tummy tuck, liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, and breast augmentation to help create a smoother, more balanced silhouette.

Because her excess skin and stretch marks were isolated to the area below the belly button, she was an excellent candidate for a mini tummy tuck rather than a full abdominoplasty. Dr. Campanile combined targeted liposuction with lower abdominal skin removal and tightening to contour the waistline and create a flatter, more sculpted midsection while maintaining natural-looking results.

At approximately 6 months post-op, the patient was very pleased with her results and the improvement in both her abdominal contour and breast enhancement outcomes.
